Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you would like to order online then pay by Bankers Draft, Cheque or postal order, select the "Pay by Cheque" option on the order form, then print the order and send it to us with your cheque or postal order for the total amount of your order. Cheques must be drawn from a UK bank and be in Pounds Sterling.

Paying by cheque does slow down your order as we can only despatch your order when your funds have cleared. Typically your order will be delayed by about seven to ten days. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 14 days after placing your order with us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Unless otherwise agreed.

UK shipments will be via the Royal Mail Ist Class Royal Mail recorded or Royal Mail Standard parcels. International shipments are made via Royal Mail Airmail service.

Shipping rates as follows:

UK
Orders valued between UKP0.01- UKP39.99 postage will be UKP2.60 per order. (We always ship 1st class when possible. However, some larger or bulky items will need to go via Royal Mail Standard Parcels)
Orders valued UKP40.00+ postage is Free.

Royal Mail Next Day delivery: Charged at UKP7.00 per order. For this service orders must be received before 4pm Monday - Friday. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays, or deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. During the course of any Royal Mail industrial Action we understand from The Royal Mail that the next day service will be considered a priority but cannot be guaranteed. Therefore Dude That's Cool Magic will not accept responsibility for any delivery delays in caused as a result of any Royal Mail industrial action.

Next Day Courier Service: Charged at UKP11.00 per order. Orders must be received before 3pm Monday - Friday for same day despatch. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays, or deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Delivery to UK Postcodes prefixed RG7, RG14, RG18, RG19 are free and will be delivered either via Royal Mail post or in person.

Orders valued between UKP5.00- UKP39.99 postage will be UKP3.50 per order.
Orders valued between UKP40.00+ postage will be UKP6.50 per order.


Rest of the world
We charge a flat rate of UKP7.00 per order.
Delivery Schedule In most cases we will have your item in stock. Our aim is to always where possible dispatch your items(s) On the day the order is placed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made to the UK 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are NOT held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We are in the business of selling magic secrets. For this reason we do not accept any returns unless an item is proven to be defective. And in the case an item is defective we can only offer a replacement . NOT a credit or refund. Before any replacement item is shipped returned we must first verify that the item is in fact defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
